Great strings for acoustic guitar

I always use these guitar strings. I use flat tops because they are smooth on top for fingering the frets. Nice and smooth.

Still the worst slide player ever born. When this was evident, used flat tops as regular strings. Expensive, yes but they do last about twice as long due to the closed windings and actually have a nice warm introducing, balanced sound warm. Great feel, reduced noise

These are the strings I use specifically when I need to record acoustic guitar with a minimum of fingers-on-the-strings noise. The flat wounds feel great and greatly reduce the audible squeaks that can be produced when moving fingers across round wound strings.Vollständige Rezension lesen

In love with the strings, but ...

I really do love these strings. They sound so good and they last a good while. The only thing is I wish they could be priced the same or close to the same as most of the other sets of strings D'Addario keeps in stock. Does D'Addario still make these strings?Vollständige Rezension lesen

great sound - smooth feel
