My acoustic guitar stings get dead pretty quickly. The coated strings aren't as bright to my ears. They also get dead fairly quickly, if not because of loosing their luster, because if you play hard like I do the strings get grooves in them over the frets (which also seems to make them deader. So for the best sound possible all the time I change my strings often, often between each performance. The significantly lower cost of buying these strings in quantity from Internet retailers, and the huge difference in price below the coated string costs, makes them a good and more economical solution for me. Incidentally, I can leave my electric guitar strings on longer. It's probably in part, but not entirely, because the subtle changes in tone are more noticeable on the acoustic guitar.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

I have tried quite a few different strings on my accustic but i love the sound D'Addario consistantly delivers. For my money there is no better accustic guitar string.

D'Addario
D'Addario string are great! I use the Acoustic and Electric strings on my guitars. One of the things I like about them, they have been dependable strings. They have never let me down.

Love these strings
For me, these strings are the ones I use and enjoy. They produce rich tones from basses to mid tones to highs. I have used these acoustic strings for quite a while and have never been disappointed
