The picture shown with this item is the older type circuit breaker cord which I already own several. The older type has an actual on/off switch rather than a temporary circuit breaker that only remains off while the button is depressed. The older type cord was what I was looking for. The description of this cord did not specify that it was the temporary CB type chord, had that been stated clearly in the product description I may not have ordered this cord. I have several PW- CB cords and have always liked them and found them to be a good product, hopefully with time I will re-evaluate but I wanted the type that stays off/on until depressed a second time to reactivate. Why if this important ? If cord is disconnected from one instrument and set down temporarily prior to reconnecting to another instrument we get feedback through our sound system. If cord remains off until reconnected to another instrument no feedback. Can mute the line at the board but defeats the purpose of the CB cable. I am sure I will use it in some capacity and expect it to perform fine.Vollständige Rezension lesen

The "old" style works best

This cable uses the older PlanetWaves circuit breaker, i.e., you press the button once for open circuit and press it again for closed. It is much nicer than the newer version where you have to press and hold for open circuit.Vollständige Rezension lesen
