Great half wound or ground wound whichever you want to call it. I did give them a lite rub with some 700 grit wet dry, help smooth the sticky feeling off of them.

A good sounding string

Have been using flat wounds for years. Thought I would give these a chance for a change. Like 'em. Low bass notes seem to be a bit clearer or sharper than with the flat wounds. No fret buzz that sometimes happens full wounds. Give 'em a try.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Tried these on a P-bass

They do what they do, well. But apparently the P-bass I put them on does what it does best with flat wounds on it. They’re well suited to my neck through bases.
