An Old Favorite!

Had one of these letter openers for years and lost it. It's terrific. Serrated edges on both sides and point at end. Sturdy and gets the job done!

Not so good.

It does a terrible job of opening the entire top of an envelope in one stroke. Tool 3-4 attempts to open it up.
