Feels like a quality product - we bought a customer return (so may be impacted) but only cuts pulling cutter toward you...also wouldn't cut more than one piece of paper. All in all happy though.

After reading about it I decided to buy one and am I glad I did. This is a truly excellent cutter, no way does the paper/card slip as it is cut. Would really recommend
