Barbie with more realistic shape

Very nice doll. She is shaped as a more realistic, mature woman. Her face sculpt and paint is very nice. Her hair is a pretty blue and styled nicely with sunglasses setting on top her head like so many girls wear them.

Her clothes are ok, could be made a little better quality - the flared part between the top and the skirt is semi-stiff plastic - but for the price of the doll it's ok. Her shoes are very cute.

Her skin tone though, is very pail. She is VERY white. I think she would look better with a little bit of pigment to her skin.

Overall, I am very pleased with the curvy Barbie. She is a refreshing change from the traditional, overly skinny Barbie mold. And her face sculpt and paint along with her pretty hair (with the cute sunglasses) make her an overall very pretty doll.Vollständige Rezension lesen

A Real Girl

I still have my original Barbie from 1959. But this new curvy Barbie is a collectors item. It's a pretty realistic doll made like an average young lady. As a teacher, I think that this type of doll with the body of an average healthy girl is helpful to the young girls who play with her. Beautiful Curvy Barbie

I really love the face on this Barbie. Blue and black hair color is pretty. The doll was used but in perfect condition. It was sold with only the top from the original outfit but I'm not a collector so that's fine. Her hair was a mess but with a brushing & shampoo it looked beautiful.
