Well worth it!

I purchased a cheap set of dividers when I started working with leather. Big mistake. They flexed and twisted in use, the points were uneven, they were hard to set up accurately. They were a pain. I spent a little more on a decent set from C S Osborne, they are designed for working leather. They are solid. The leg lengths differ to assist in marking out against the edge of the leather. Easy to micro adjust the points. They don’t flex in use. I wish I’d bought them when I started. I polished the points with a little wet & dry paper when they arrived to make sure they wouldn’t tear at the leather.
