French cuisine explained in plain terms and great detail. The instructor starts with a presentation of the ideology behind French cuisine, then progresses to tools and then starts in with various cooking methods while making dishes. He does not give quantities very often in his dishes so it is up to the viewer to make assumptions. He is cooking to taste-his taste.
