Good taste but too thin and watery.

While this gluten-free teriaki sauce has good taste, it is thin and watery. It does not retain it's taste in stir fry. I haven't tried it yet as a marinade. Though it is quite a lot cheaper than my usual, way too expensive gluten-free teriaki sauce that is thicker and has a more intense taste, you will have to use more of it to make up for it's weaker taste.
