Every person who exercises should have one!
Makes it so easy to ice those areas that need it. Easy to use, and does the job exactly how you want it. Compact case makes storage and carrying easy.

Fantastic product came very quickly good quality ice bag perfect size shoulder strap and good quality Velcro tabs and stretchy extra strap fits nicely in zip bag to keep it stored when needed

Very good on price. Would be better if mouth was larger for bigger ice cubes and didn't need the thin strap to hold pack on.

Not for me
I don't like the ice pack, you have to put ice blocks in it and it's quite chunky. I prefer flat ice packs. It can be quite messy after the ice blocks melt
