Looks like a miniature bottle of wine and small enough to put in purse or pocket.
I have used this product in the past to remove red wine from a white carpet and it removed the stain completely! I also dropped red wine on a white blouse and once again it removed the stain totally!

It really works!
Tipped over a glass of red wine on a light green cotton tablecloth. Rinsed the stain under cold water and then applied Chateau Spill Red Wine Stain Remover, and . . . OMG!!MUST HAVE
I got tomato sauce on my white shirt, oh no, & then it hit me, I just bought this and decided to try it and OMG it disappeared before my eyes, no joke like magic!!!! I will never be without this product, everyone knows how hard it is to get anything red out of white. A jewelry show on tv sells this for 40.00 but you can get it on ebay like I did for a third of the cost and I got 2 bottles.
