It is easy to install if you have the floppy start-up diskette and if you don't have this you had better know some of the DOS commands to make the CD Rom get some drivers or your not going anywhere to install the Windows 98 SE CD disc ok. If using the newer desktop & laptops well they don't have floppy drives so you can purchase them online from ebay or whoever you want to use, they cost about $15.00 to $20.00 US Dollars. These are USB External Floppy Drives. Windows 98 (Second Edition) was my first Windows program, because that was the newest windows software that MS had at the time and when you purchased it brand new it usually did not come with a floppy diskette, luckily I had a friend who knew Microsoft CMD it is MSDOS (Disc or Data Operating System).
