This is sturdy! It looks great on the stove. Haven't been able to use it yet because it needs to be seasoned over a couple of days and it simply hasn't been cold enough for us to use the woodburner for two consecutive days. However, not only are we looking forward to potatoes but chestnut - every year we try and do chestnuts but for one reason or another they always end up burnt or inconsistantly cooked.
