Shape is good to blend in with MK4 Golf dash, but won't work in lieu of the dummy plugs at the top of the dash.

I bought it for my mk four volkswagen golf. The shape will not fit in the dummy plugs on the dash like I hoped. But it should work on another location and will blend in nicely I
