We have 2 of these in use frequently, keeping one in the freezer for quick cooling of foods, prior to packing a lunch to go, and one (we pre heat with hot water in the sink) for thawing frozen foods prior to cooking. Better than the original

Replaced my original. New one thaws in half the time of my 25 yesr old original. Will hand wash this one so it lasts 30 years.
