Better than Win8 was.

Not as good as Win 10 but better than Vista.
I just wanted a copy work with since I have different versions of Win just to see how it will work with newer hardware. Still has more support than XP up to Win7.
I didn't care for Win8 because of the tiles but 8.1 fixed that.
