Ultimately fixed my problem.

It got here fast. The forward mount/plug was in the wrong hole and it took me a couple tries holding it over my head trying to figure out why it wasnt lining up. Swapped it to the correct hole. I was having very hard 2nd gear shift. Up or down. It completely eliminated the issue in 2nd. Now I have a minimally hard shift in 3rd. Almost undetected but there. Either way. my truck shifted really hard after it warmed up,1st to 2nd to 3rd and back down also, so replaced valve body and it fixed the issue,thx

Still shifts hard takes a long time to go into reverse I’m not happy a lot of oil and time for not much gain

It came with a broken solenoid clip so I replaced it with a new solenoid and it works fine. I needed it " now " so I didn't bother dealing with a return..
