Great value

We have used the Plantronics M55 for years. The first one got lost, so we ordered the same thing. We found the first one and it was still working! It has a great battery life!

It's an ear piece

The ear hook piece swivels to much for me, and the ear part that goes in the ear to big , and it has a muffling sound .

Easy to pair and use and I consider it a good value. That being said, the volume is a bit loud even on the lowest setting.

I had the the M25 and that's why I stuck with Plantronics.
