A Classic!

I had read this years ago when I was a new Christain. Recently had an interesting conversation with a good friend and this came up. I ordered a set for her and this for myself. It beats Narnia in the sci-fi category. A man named Ransom is kidnapped and taken to another planet (Venus) where he meets several gentle non-human races and an Eve who has not fallen from grace. In returning to earth, he ponders the idea that God's grace and mercy is available to all sentient beings. He is again taken to another planet (Mars), further working out his destiny and belief system. A trilogy to mull over. . . and over. Not an easy read but rewarding!Vollständige Rezension lesen

Spooky, weird, wonderful trilogy that's a must-read for lovers of fantasy.

This would be one of my top ten lifetime books. This trilogy is eerie, tear-jerkingly beautiful, haunting, and far-sighted. C.S. C.S.Lewis The Space Trilogy

Book is a comfortable size--not too bulky or heavy. The paper stock is good quality. The spine has held up to multiple foldings without breaking down and pages are well bound into the cover.

Adventure learning

Reading CS Lewis’ Space Trilogy made me feel like I did as a boy reading Jules Verne, and at the same time taught me powerful, timeless lessons.
