You get what you pay for.

When I first saw these tiles advertised on here I thought they looked great. So I bought a tub of them; when they were delivered I could see they were not exactly as shown on eBay. My gripe is that nearly every tile's letter is noticeably off-center; only a handful were centered properly (the label on the tub suggests otherwise). The tiles themselves are physically OK, about what I expected. But if you want professional-looking quality, I recommend passing on this cheaply-made item.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Tub of Letter Tiles

The tiles are great way of challenging a child to spell words, create words with short and long vowel sounds, and array of other activities that can be created in the quest to teach the child phonics.

I don't like the fact that you have to figure that there are no lower case p tiles in this tub and you have to turn the lower care d tiles upside down to create a lower case p. I also do not like the fact that there is only one uppercase letter P.

Outside of the fact that there could be more of some of the tiles to keep an activity going with more than one child they are very helpful.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Perfect for struggling readers!

These letter tiles are perfect manipulatives for the kids I tutor who are struggling readers. I bought an embroidery thread case to keep them in, so they are alphabetized and ready to use. Great product! I use them for my students to spell words I dictate, and then switch them to new words by physically moving the letter tiles around. Tiles are an excellent teaching tool, i am going to glue little magnets on them.
