Brilliant quality as always.
I’ve had loads of these cans over the years on all kinds of bikes. They always seem to produce good power and sound! Had a pair with custom sized inlets with springs mounted to a 05 z1000 ( custom shorter link pipes ) making 136bhp on a very strict Dyno! The same cans were then fitted to a xjr1300. Sounded amazing on that one! Now I have one of their carbon cans on a 17 DL650 with larger headers! Now that sounds bloody good 😁 would highly recommend these cans over some of the more expensive, big named manufacturers out there. Excellent, very happy!
I bought this to fit on my 5th gen VFR800 as I already had a high level link pipe from a previous purchase.
I’ll be honest and say it’s not a make I’ve heard of amongst the usual Delkevic, Black widows etc, but my first impressions were that it’s very good quality and seems well made with an excellent finish.
The exhaust fitted nicely and suits the bike very well in my opinion.
A good point with these exhausts is that they are plug and play, so no need for re jetting or re mapping after, and you know it won’t affect the running of the bike.
Mine has the removable baffle which I’ve left in as that was one of the main points, so I could ‘fit and forget’ and not have to swap over to the original at MOT time.
The sound is very good, releases that V4 rumble and being road legal means it’s spot on in terms of noise.
Overall I’m extremely happy with my purchase and glad this one popped up on my searches.
I’d highly recommend PowerTech and would definitely recommend them to other bikers and would look to buy another exhaust from this manufacturer if I were ever to change bikes. Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Beast in a suite
I was long looking forward a good quality can for my 650RC and finally give a shot for this one. I am not for the "race me/ look i am here" sounds so I was not quiet sure but god I am glad I took the chance. :) This exhaust is exactly what I was looking for. Deep sound, amazing pops and puffs when change down a gear and still manage to be "cultural". Also brings the feel of quality what any of the 3x price end-can would give you. Good end can
I have been using this end can on my GT 650 for over a year now and it is a vast improvement over the standard can. It is much lighter, shorter and sounds way better than the huge original one.
I use the baffle in mine as it makes the bike run better and sound nicer. I tried it without for one test ride and it made too much noise whilst reducing the power of the bike. Some bikes run better with the baffle in. I fitted a K&N air filter at the same time as the can and it really does make a difference to performance.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Not straight forward fit
Got tail piece, looks good quality, went to fit it to my CBR 900rr 1999 and the threads in the tail piece were not deep enough for the Allen headed bolts supplied so the tail piece did not tighen up to the rest of the exhaust so will have to try something to make it fit . A bit disappointed as something like this should be a two minute job to fit obviously not been properly looked at for this bike . But apart from the fitting issue it looks a nice tailpiece for price and it will fit but just with a bit of jiggery pokeryVollständige Rezension lesen...
