The Shop Around the Corner is a charming and stylish movie. It was based on a play and lead to, the Judy Garland musical movie In The Good Old Summertime, the stage musical She Loves Me and the more recent You've Got Mail. The story is simple man and woman working together don't realise they are also pen pals. Naturally all threads are tied together by the end.
