works great but not in direct sunlight
well, it's nice addition to the lens as far as I know now as I have not had time to test it out in all shooting of day/night photo's but I would say for the money it worth giving it a good try

Pleasant surprise
I received the above lens hood a few days ago. Shipping was fast, and very cheap. It came in a retail package, sealed. I was pleased with the look and feel of the hood immediately. When I popped it on the Olympus lens, I was even happier. It fit perfectly, and even perfectly aligned with the camera, the hood being about 62 x 77 mm at the opening. Since the lens does not turn when focusing, the hood is always in the same position. In addition, it is wide enough for my fingers to easily attach and detach the original Olympus side opening lens cap.
Considering the price of the Olympus original, it represents a great alternative, and is an excellent value, in any case. If you have the Olympus 12-50mm 1:3.5-6.3 EZ lens, I highly recommend the purchase.Vollständige Rezension lesen...
