Okay for helping to quit
I actually quit smoking cigarettes 9 years ago
By vaping. Stated with lowest dose nicotine and then went to 0.I had some fake cigarettes sortable this that were plastic with menthol pads for taste. The hardest part to get over is the motion of hand to mouth. These fake cigarettes help out when I am feeling anxious. it tastes like rotten eggs when you take a drag i bought it to try and help me stop smoking but no the taste is just unbearable

It is no better than getting a straw and holding it, even puffing on it is just drawing loose air it is not helpful at all.

Feels like a real cigarette
Feels like a real cigarette, I have smoked for 45 years so I need something to do with my hands while learning to not smoke. This does that for me.
