Para que investiguen acerca de los beneficios de la vitamina b-3

Diversos investigadores han encontrado beneficios de la terapia con vitamina b3 en todas sus formas (Niacina, niacinamida, inositol etc.). Entre ellos se encuentran:

Dr. Abraham Hoffer (beneficios vasculares, combate a Pelagra y salud mental óptima)
Dr. Kaufman (su efecto en el tratamiento de la artritis)

Disappointed

I took 2 full grams on an empty stomach and got absolutely no flush. Doesn't seem to work at all. On top on that, the taste is listed as sour but it's disgustingly, unbearably bitter, no sour taste whatsoever. It tastes so bad that I can't even use it. Niacin I've taken before (not from Dual Health) gave me an instant flush at a much lower dose and had a pleasant sour taste. Is this niacin even niacin? Would not buy again and I won't be buying anything else by Dual Health ever again based on how bad their niacin is. Really disappointed.Vollständige Rezension lesen...

Works for allergies

For years, I have used niacin for allergies. Have to take some 3-4 times a day, but that is better than any medication on the market.
