Mini usb B to usb C male

I have a male USB mini B on my KTM XCW that powers an older GoPro or Garmin Oregon 750T GPS. I wanted an adapter to power up my cell phone or a GoPro Hero 5 Session. This adapter works perfectly. This adapter does not fit Mini-B cables. It all looks right but the sizing of the internal pins is too large.

Junk poor quality!

When we received this adapter the prongs were bent could not straighten and get it to work.
