Tried something new - love it.
I had no idea what this was. I have been buying teas and herbal drinks with no caffeine. Didn’t want chamomile or the usual fruity ones that you see everywhere. Mild Tea
I'm not a fan of herbal tea but Tandin's Linden Tea is very good. Its mild with little aftertaste. Normally, I do not drink hot tea but this is my pick. Lemon helps enhance its flavor. According to others on the internet its also good for relaxation and liver cleansing. Drinking it before bed, I have noticed that I sleep somewhat better at night as well.
