Great stew base

The grey color side tastes like turtle meat and the black side tastes like beaver tale stew. I baked my soft-block or I call it meat-block for 10 hours, I used a complex homemade gravy with 3 pounds of white truffle mushrooms, my guests were very pleased, however when they asked what it was it was? It was a little hard to explain, but I told them that it was a "double density meat foam with ultimate soft block aging" they sort of looked at me strange but they didn't care, they just for seconds. So, to rate this sanding block as a main course meal I would give it 5 stars, my guests also said it was the best dinner they had in a long time!! You can't go wrong, it's a good hardy piece of meat!
