Works great out of the box, easy to program and I hope it last so far so good. The item is made in China and cost are above like items from China but support is worth the money.

A nice multi purose controller that is comperabble to the $500 unit it replaced. It has only been in operation for a week so I do not yet know it's long term reliability.
