Alba Botanica Plumeria Replenishing Hair Wash 350 ml Alba

I bought this b4 and loved it. This specific bottle is diff. Pours out like water. I was ripped off. I do not want this.was Opened? Need 2 return 😭

I honestly feel ripped off when I purchased this in a store before the consistency was completely different it's obvious someone used a portion and tried to replace it with something else. I was kind of pissed when I put it in my hair, I thought someone put Nair or God knows what else was placed in it. I'm not sure why it was sent to me opened I apologize if it was a used item and I did not see it that. I would never buy used shampoo. I bought the conditioner from someone else and it was sealed plastic it was brand new and I had to take the seal of. I am trying not to be rude but come on I don't like buying anything tampered with let alone something I put on my children and myself. I will never use that shampoo honestly I should get my money back and you can have your shampoo back. I normally am not a rude person but when I put it on my hair I only used a tiny bit when I seen it drip out like water I could not even keep it in my hand I started stressing out I knew right away someone tampered with this my heart started beating immediately tried washing it off my head immediately just thought my hair was going to fall out I didn't know it was going to happen that's messed up it's not funny can I please give you your shampoo back and I will purchase it from someone else or maybe I will find it in a store sorry again it just really upsets me I could have used it on my children it's not coolVollständige Rezension lesen

I get high lights and a streak of color. Before using this shampoo, the streaks would last about a week. With this shampoo, it gradually fades, lasting at least 18 days or longer!
