Better Than the Rest
I wanted to get one emergency radio with all the features I was looking for. This one has everything ! It has a great design. An AM / FM radio with weather alert stations. It has a flashlight, a recharging panel for your phone. You can keep it charged up 4 different ways. The reception without the antenna extended is better than my $100 Sony portable radio.
It is made well with better quality materials than most other emergency radios I have looked at and held. Great size and reliable brand history. Over all, I am super pleased.Vollständige Rezension lesen

Little Powerhouse
I had my doubts, about the quality of the unit, until it arrived. It is a very powerful, and well-made, radio. Reception was excellent, and ease of use was simple. This is very useful in ways you wouldn't imagine
It has everything you can think of (assuming you've already read about it) and more. The radio reception is surprisingly consistant and there are various options for charging and various options for changing the volume (which is useful if one breaks by accident)
It fits perfectly in my one strap bag and doesn't add much weight. The only complaint I have with the product is that the design for the usage of the flashlight, makes carrying it a pain. My fingers keep accidentally pushing buttons when I hold it by the flashlight handle. This can be especially annoying when you push the time set button.
Other than that this is definitely a great buy and I'd recommend it to any traveller or someone looking to survive in the wilderness (or the apocalypse)
Just a heads up, the solar panel takes a lot of time to charge it, I'd recommend using the hand crank instead.Vollständige Rezension lesen

It cranks!
This radio for emergencies works very well. It is self-contained so you will never have to worry about not having the power to listen to a radio during an emergency event. Good gadget
A good little harder to keep up on weather and news when the power goes out. It did come with rechargeable batteries but you can use regular batteries also. Not hard cranking

Tough to get much time out of a crank
Unit is great and gets good reception. Takes quite a bit of cranking for not much time listening. Solar feature is cool though.
