Many years ago my Virb Elite would not charge so I took the opportunity to upgrade to a Hero8 Black. After 2 years that developed a fault (keeps cutting out after approx 2 mins) so I dug out my old Virb and thought I would try a new battery. It did the trick. I wasn't sure exactly which battery I needed so I called and a very helpful young lady looked after me and made sure I ordered the right battery, and it was delivered very promptly.
