Didn't Work

They didn't work!!!

The printer keeps saying install cartridges. I put the old ones back in and then the new again, tried the old Mac Mini connection then the Windows 11 Pro PC, but neither worked. I tried re-installing the HP software, but that didn't work. I've dumped the printer now, which is a shame as I have hardly used it.
