For OEM it looks just like the original key that came with the vehicle.

Was concerned about programming but took it to a locksmith and it worked out great. Dealer wanted over $150 just for the blank key and another nearly 150 to cut and program it. Useless key can’t be programmed

I took the key to be programmed to open the car. The dealership said it can’t be programmed by Ford. I am left with a key that only can run the car and not open car.

Took it to the dealership, got it cut and programmed to my 2016 fusion for $80 with no problem. Works just fine.
