I have atheritic knees and this gives me heat to them all day. The heat continues well after the guaranteed 8 hours. It does not take the pain away but gives some relief as I cannot take any anti-inflammatory tablets or gel and the strongest co-codamol does nothing for it. The cuff supplied with smaller packets is not big enough (average size knee) and when I cut it to make it comfortable it slips down. I find some gauze bandage next to the skin then the heat pad secured with micro tape and then tubular knee bandage keeps in place a treat and is comfortable.Vollständige Rezension lesen

I cannot use this item as it is too small, there is not enough 'give' in the material to stretch properly. OK for very slim legs

Cura heat pads and sock

If you have knee pain (mine is due to a fractured tibia from 5years ago ) and the pain is very intense when the weather is cold) so the heat pad and sock are ideal
