I got one of these originally to improve the security on my daughters window air conditioner. I actually had someone break into my home once by shoving my AC through the window. This device is designed to prevent that. It’s simple, but effective. It basically sits under your window and up and over the ACs window brace to prevent the AC from moving in or out. So as long as the window is securely closed, the AC can’t easily be moved in or out. Window Locks.

The product arrived fast. I like this lock because I have a small window fan placed there and it locks the fan in as well as the window. You would have to be pretty skinny to get in the window.
