Unfortunately the connector is not as shown on your photograph,which is the same shape as our
original philips imageo connector.
The product you sent us has a right angled connector and the connection is not at all positive.
We cannot just plug it into the imageo base as we need to try several positions before we get a good connection.
Do you not have a charger as shwn in your picture?

This replacement is so much better then original one. Much longer wire I really needed it and stronger nicer design then original one. Happy customer.
