Very small for a medium - sizes list in review

Decent, cheap pill organizer. It is listed on the package as Medium, but is very small. As long as you only use small pills, or have no more than 2 large ones, it should work. Anything more than that, they won't fit.

This is more like a small not medium

Too small, fit only 1 pill a day, I have to take 3 a day so this is trash for me. Will have to buy new one now. This is definitely not a medium..

These are a good quality, smaller size pill case. I wanted these specifically, because I already have one and it has proven to be very durable. The lids snap shut tightly, and don't pop open. Thanks!
