Best, quality workout you can get
I have been using Coach Troy's Spinervals since his very first VHS. For a cyclists to maintain a good base through the winter, I have found nothing that can beat these workouts. Sure, you can go to a spin class but it is not the same as being on your own bike which is fitted for you and you do not have to go to a gym. This is one of about 10 spinervals I own.
