IS ok for a refurbished phone
I still have issue with the mute mode on my phone, since it might be a hardware problem, rather a software one. But I have to accept the fact, that it was factory unlocked and refurbished iPhone 4. I could have gotten an iPhone 6, but I didn't wanted to spend hundreds of dollars. I decided for that phone, since I wanted at least a smart phone and I hope to keep it for the next 4 years until I am willing to get the latest version of smart-phones in the market.

Excelent product.
I am 75 years old. I mostly use it for personal calls. What i like most about it is the small size that fits in my shirt pocket. I do not like big phones for me. Great product.

This iPhone from Verizon, while unlocked, can NOT be used with any other provider, there is NO Sim Card. Would not have purchased new due to price. But now that i've tried apple, will continue to use. Heavy, solid and well made. 2 samsungs kaput before i learned that lesson!

Good value and excellent condition for a gift.
I have 4 iPhone 4 models and needed one give as a gift but recipient uses AT&T so I had to get this one. Came in factory box with papers and cables and looked new. Great gift.

cant use the phones to out of date cant download any apps
both had issues, one wont power off and the other one cant use at all cant get it to come up, no apps installed
