This gadget gives you immediate feedback on setting the wrists for lag and the correct release.There is a series of 7 tuitional videos on U-Tube which walk you through the correct use of the training aid. More consistent club release:

Doing drills with the Impact Snap help ingrain the release feeling, making the move second nature. Range sessions are more efficient - focusing on direction and ball flight for mine this time. Must try for pickers and flippers

Would give this more than 5 stars if able; incredible hand at impact position feel. My biggest amazement is how quickly this transferred to the game.
