Nice phone.

Works good, only issue "phone locks" when not in use. Kind of hard to use when phone keeps locking, even though auto lock is turned off. Other than that issue works good.

Great phone.

I was looking for a simple phone, but with one specific feature; I wanted a QWERTY slide out keyboard. This fit the bill perfectly. It is simple to operate, with enough bells and whistles to do what I needed it to do, without being overboard like a newer smartphone would have been. Should have said screen is dull and scratched.

I have never owned a smartphone before. I am still learning how to use it. The owners/instruction manual online is over 100 pages long. But all-in-all, I do like it.

ok but...

it's a decent item. what I pretty much expected. the top row of the qwerty keyboard is having issues however. typing them at times types the letter on the row under it.
