Corgi AA35308 B-25D-1 - CRABB 2nd 345th BG/498th BS Dobodura Guinea 1943

Very nice B-25D model die cast!

Corgi makes a very nice quality and range of die cast models. They apparently do research to make the models as close representations as possible to the actual planes, etc. This one is another example of that. Most of their B-25s are J models, and this is a very good D model. The only criticism that I would make is that several years ago, possibly even a decade or two or more, they moved their production from England and such to China. Not only this company but many others did the same, whether it be bicycles, brushes, tools, etc. The cheap labor costs and suitable manufacturing facilities were two reason for this. It was and is not a good move. It took jobs from European and North American workers, supported and rewarded a Communist regime, and resulted in unfair trade balances, etc. Present companies need to change and bring back more manufacturing.Vollständige Rezension lesen
