The best supplement to boost your mental and physical health
After trying many natural supplements, as well as different nootropics, these (Mushroom Complexes in general) are by far my favourite ones, and i would recommend them to ANYONE!
To summarise my experience, this product just boosts my overall wellbeing in a gentle but noticable way. I take 2 capsules in the morning and i can feel a difference in my energy, focus, and mood levels. I am more grounded and calm and these feelings usually follow my until the end of the day.
If you can only use 1 supplement this is the one to you should use!

Energy boost to get me through the daily grind.
Excellent tablets that give me a noticeable energy boost to help me throughout my day. I take 1 tablet at breakfast, 1 at lunch, and 1 at dinner; however, I think I may change that to taking 2 tablets during breakfast and 1 more when I have dinner. It has improved my memory
My son got me into these. I have a problem with memory retention and as my dad suffered from Alzheimer's I was getting a little worried. However, having tried these tablets for a month, I am finding that my memory has been improving somewhat. It is far from perfect, but I can definitely see an improvement.
