Quality product and excellent service. The suction cup must not have stuck as well as they claimed even with the soft suction cup (which I suspected), and my kit was supplied with a smooth, plastic, adhesive-backed mounting pad. It is also supplied with two metal plates for two phones. There is occasional slight bouncing from the flexible arm over bumps (K1500 p/u truck with cargo shocks), but that is OK with me given the great flexibility this style provides.
