Yoga DVD
This dvd set is advertised as a yoga program. 90% of this set is mostly aerobics and Pilates. It is nothing like the yoga studio I goto everyday

Good for beginners
Being a beginner, I can attest that these DVDs are easily followed by a complete novice while still moving at a fluid pace and explaining what is being done and why.
