The Motherboard arrived in working order and in like new condition. The packaging was professional and came in an anti-static bag with a CPU socket cover and then protected with foam and bubble wrap. My only complaint was the standard shipping company they used. The tracking experience was poor with the package being listed as "out for delivery" for over a week before it showed up at my door. Though the package did ultimately arrive within the advertised time frame so I can't complain too much.

The seller is very professional. I had a question about the BIOS, whether it'll work with my CPU, and seller ensured me that it would work. Packaged simple and professionally. Very little blemish on plastic. CPU socket covered. Pins came in straight and intact. I can only speak to my delivery, but it was way faster than the expected date.
