Great value and performance for the money
Hi everyone,
I bought this processor for a good price of 23,5 € and I am using it for a few weeks now already. All I can say is I am very pleased with it. Surely you will find better processors but besides the power comsumption aspect which is a very important one, for my purposes this processor does a very good job with Windows 7 Ultimate x64. For nongamers and normal office or home users it is definitely enough for everything supposed one has also enough memory and a medium quality grafic interface for being able to play blurays and internet streams.
I am running my office applications like Skype, MS Word, Adobe Acrobat often the same time. I'm also watching HD streams on the web. My AMD Athlon X2 64 2,7 GHz also called "Brisbane" with 65 nm technology is doing great for me.
Yet, since the IT technology changes and improves very fast, I would already watch finding a more power saving and better performance processor for those who are willing to make an upgrade to their pc system. This AMD is only for upgraders.
