Very useful. The kind of simple, effective idea that makes you wonder why it wasn't around years ago!
Easy access. Decent padding, as I'd expect from Tenba. Handy to use it in whatever bag you choose. As an example, this size is a perfect fit in an Eastpak Pak'r backpack. It would not be obvious to onlookers you are carrying a camera in your daypack. For me, the partitions are not perfect but what is? They get the job done well enough.

Just buy one...or two!
Amazing value! The handles make a big difference in simply holding the reflector. The threaded bushes in the handles make it so easy to mount the reflector on a swivel adapter and stand.
